Shipping policy

Dispatch
Each piece will state if it's "ready to ship" or "made to order". 

Ready to ship items are dispatched within 1-3 business days.

Made to order items require 4-6 weeks for me to make them. This does not include shipping time. During peak periods this may increase to 8 weeks wait time.
If you have ordered a ready to ship item, and a made to order item, they will ship together. If you wish for the ready to ship item to be sent out first, please place two separate orders.

 

Domestic orders
For all shipping within Australia we use Australia Post. All parcels are tracked and require a signature upon delivery.

International orders

We use Australia Post to ship International orders. Once the parcel arrives in your country it will be handed over to your local courier.

All parcels are tracked and require a signature upon delivery.

Please note shipping times vary from each country, consult the Auspost link here to get a gauge on your country's estimated timeline. 

International orders may be subject to custom duties, taxes and fees upon delivery. These differ from each country and are the responsibility of the recipient. These prices are not included in the price of the order. 

Unfortunately, we currently are not able to ship to the US or Puerto Rico. We will update you when we have a solution :)
